Broiler Project Promotion: 

Showing broilers and turkey's can be a very rewarding experience for both students and their families.  These projects require a minimal amount of space when compared to other larger show livestock options.  In comparison, raising and showing broilers also has a added benefit of a shorter time period and start up cost.  Things to consider include adequate facilities, ventilation, equipment, Litter material, sources of food, water and heat.
