ALL SPRING Livestock Show Entries are due to Ms. Grissom by November 3rd 2022 by the end of school. 

All members submitting Entries must have completed  Quality Counts prior to turning in Entries.  

**Take note of OUR due dates, NOT the entry deadline stated on the entry application. 

Additional Reminders- the following are required for us to submit entries: 
IRS W9
All required Signatures
Houston Entries Must be Notarized  
If these things are not completed or include we will not be able to submit your entries. 

Entry Forms are available below, please also complete and turn the spring show summary sheet with your show entries, it includes the allocated processing fees as well as any additional fees. 

A Caney Creek FFA Advisor may or not be in attendance of Shows, based on need and number of participants. 

Keep in mind students are allowed a total of 10 UIL/Extracurricular days for the year per the Conroe ISD handbook. We will submit UIL days for the days in which the student is are actually showing/Exhibiting and not for day of arrival, checking or waiting to show or release.  Excused absences can be submitted for days in which the student is attendance at the show and not actually showing.  We will not be able to submit additional UIL days once a student reaches the 10 day threshold established by the district school board.
